We first met this lovely lady at the 5fm Ladies Night, and well we admit, it was love at first sight! However, due to us going through a heap of directors, choreographers, staging advisors, the boys were very cautious with working with yet another “Director”… however we couldn’t have been more wrong. In 10 or so hours, she took a bunch of boys with a singing problem, and transformed them into a slick, sophisticated pack of refined gentlemen.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Irit. She managed to bring out each member’s character’s whilst maintaining a collective feel. D-seven was transformed and polished and from that performed a very successful 7 week run at On Broadway. For those that saw pre Irit D-seven and post Irit D-seven will agree that this lady has some serious talent as a musical director. She added a lot more than professional direction and polish, but left the group with a motivation and morale that is the best yet….
